The Public Schools Branch supports the community use of school premises outside of school hours. Schools are often the hubs of their communities and offer an effective use of taxpayers’ investment in providing citizens with a place to come together, volunteer, build skills, access community programs, become physically active and build strong and healthy communities.
The Community Use of Schools Procedure outlines the process for individuals and organizations interested in using school premises, including the requirement to submit a Community Use of Schools Agreement.
