Parents/guardians and students are encouraged to work with their teachers, principals and the Public Schools Branch administration to resolve issues in an open and constructive manner. The PSB Board of Directors expects that prior to initiating a student appeal process, parents/guardians and students will attempt to resolve issues at the school and branch level in accordance with the Concerns and Resolutions Operational Procedure.
